Georgia’s breakfast

ImageStarted making breakfast for me and Rhyan at 6:08 a.m. Well, got the Nespresso going and waited for my double-shot to take effect, then at 6:18 I grated a large organic zucchini into a skillet with 2 tsp. butter and a tsp. of chicken drippings from a chicken I roasted on Saturday afternoon. Threw in 6 oz. shredded chicken to heat through while the zucchini was sautéing. Then dropped four eggs in and scrambled them right in the pan. Done cooking by 6:24.
